I’ve had some friends tell me recently that the EPG has disappeared and they can’t see the programme previews. How to solve it?
The solution is simple, this is usually caused by the TV box having too much memory cache or you have changed your IP address, you may have taken the TV to another area and the time has changed!
There are 3 solutions.
1. Clear the TV box cache or uninstall and reinstall the application
2. Switching between different homepage epg versions (Settings-channel List Mode)
3. Adjust the time of the streaming device to synchronize with the local time.
Go to the TV box’s settings to find the time setting and change the time to network time (Note: Network time may be affected by VPN, it is recommended not to switch on VPN when adjusting network time)
